Instructional Design

The OI&LS Master's degree is a two-year program that focuses on the application and study of adult learning theory, instructional design principles, instructional technologies, distance education, training and eLearning.

My educational goals were to combine my professional experience in instruction with my growing interest in design and technology. The OI&LS Master's program gave me the oppurtunity to develop a new skill set as well as transition into a new career while incorporating my prior experience in education.
